In Student Ministries we want parents/guardians to be as informed and up to date as possible. As part of our dedication to partner with you, we would like to send you monthly email updates. If you would like to receive these email updates and email communication from other student ministry leaders, please include your email address below.
In Student Ministries we want empower parents/guardians to continue conversations and teaching in your home. As part of our desire to empower you to have intentional faith conversations with your teen, we would like to send you summaries of youth Bible studies, along with a discussion question to start conversation with your teen. This communication will happen through a WhatsApp group. If you would like to receive these communications, please provide your cell phone number below.
At WMBC our leaders want to communicate with your teen to provide them with relevant details about weekly programming, arrange off-site activities, and help your them navigate through life. Communication with your teen allows leaders to build a relationship with them and share important information about events. Please let us know all the ways you'd like WMBC Staff and Ministry Leaders to communicate with your teen by checking the boxes below.

We want to see leaders invest in your teen outside of weekly programming. Please sign below to grant permission for Family Ministry Staff and Ministry leaders to meet with your teen outside of weekly programming. This includes, but is not limited to, small group nights, one-on-one coffees, various fun outings, attending your teen’s extra curricular activites, etc. This does not include permission for overnight trips, retreats, etc. A separate permission form will be required at that time.
